It’s okay!🫶🏻 When we make bad choices, we just eat better the next meal! I was told to pick and choose what I want to spend my calories on. But I also don’t meet the amount of calories that my provider set for me. I just drink a protein shake if I don’t feel like I can eat.

I am on month two and I’ve learned not eating really kind of counters losing weight because it causes binges. Eat a good breakfast and you’ll see a big difference and push lots of protein.!!
