CALL THE LOCAL LABOR BOARD... unless they have proof you owe them they can not withhold checks... plus they cant take ur pay for money you owed unless a contract has been signed... the labor board is here for employees dont hesitate to call... they can not decide not to pay you you have a contract. have they gone against contract? but seriously contact ur local labor board they will get this all figured out for you
