For treating acne, I LOVE azelaic acid as it’s incredible for sensitive skin (it’s not technically an exfoliating acid, so it’s very gentle), whereas I found benzoyl peroxide EXTREMELY harsh.  🥣HIGH PROTEIN MEALS I aim for 20-30g per meal (most important in the morning). Protein helps regulate blood sugar as it reduces glucose spikes/ crashes. 💆🏼 NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION  Unhealthy stress levels drive inflammation in the body, showing in intolerances, acne, gut issues etc. Ways to regulate nervous system: take 3 deep breaths before eating, grounding, EFT, meditation, journalling, finish your shower on cold, etc (I have dedicated posts on this). 🪥BRUSHING TEETH AFTER SKINCARE Ingredients in toothpaste can cause breakouts (another reason not to use it as a spot treatment). Brush your teeth before washing your face! 💤 INCONSISTENT SLEEP SCHEDULE Sleep is the most important thing to help relieve inflammation. Try to wake up & go to sleep around the same time to create a consistent sleep schedule! And use earplugs to reduce disruption! Minyak goreng untuk olesan Untuk isian martabak: 1. 250 gram daging sapi atau ayam cincang 2. 1/2 cangkir daun bawang iris 3. 1/2 cangkir bawang merah cincang 4. 2 siung bawang putih cincang 5. 1 sendok teh garam 6. 1/2 sendok teh merica 7. 1/4 sendok teh penyedap rasa (opsional) Bahan Tambahan 1. Telur ayam untuk olesan 2. Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng _Cara Membuat_ 1._Buat kulit martabak_: Campur tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, garam, baking powder, dan baking soda. Tambahkan telur dan air, aduk hingga rata. Istirahatkan adonan selama 30 menit. 2._Buat isian martabak_: Campur daging sapi atau ayam cincang, daun bawang, bawang merah, bawang putih, garam, merica, dan penyedap rasa.
