My husband was bugging me for photos of our wedding to take to the “girls at work” that I never met, I spent an hour removing the nice photos from the hideous candid ones from the proofs we had just received from the photographer and put them in a mini album near his lunch to take the nice photos to work. He took the reject book. 20 years ago, still not over it. 😂

Sometimes we can be our own worst critics, but also, I don’t put this past some men… my friends ex husband did this very thing to make her feel awful so she never felt confident because he didn’t want her to feel beautiful… because then she would be confident and would want someone else… literally that’s what he finally confessed to her but it’s sad….. idk your husband at all and I’m not saying that’s him at all, but you’d be surprised at how much it happens. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt though, because you’re so wonderful I couldn’t imagine anyone doing that to you, so show us the photos, if you want to and we’ll give you honest opinion.

Yah you feel how you feel and it’s valid. Might be spite. He should always ask your permission first that’s LAW for anyone posting something including someone else. I don’t think it’s possible for you to have a bad angle tho!

I think it’s just the way selfies alter your perception- bc like same for my daughter- my favorite photos of her are ones she hates lol I saw a photographer say thats why they stopped working bc peoples perception of themselves has changed bc of phone camera - found it so interesting
