@andybarker355: Visitors to the US who are not required to obtain a visa, including those countries on the Visa Waiver Program and Canadian citizens, will not have to pay this fee since no visa is being issued.

Us US Citizens always pay for a permit when we go to Mexico & have fo pay to get a visa if we’re staying longer than 180 days so why is it bad that the US wants to do it?
