I feel like going to a class & then complaining about the type of music is like showing up blind to a restaurant then being upset that it was Italian when you wanted sushi 🙃 like I’m here to try & please 20+ people per class AND have something that inspires me as well!! That ish is hard!! Appreciate you humanizing instructors because sometimes it does feel like we get treated as if we’re not

One of my cyclebar instructor does TRL Tuesday as a theme ride every week which allows us to request music and they play the music that is requested!

I’m in too deep. She plays Disney music and she’s the one teaching early in the morning. Her workouts are insane and so good but the awful music makes it like a mental exercise too 😭

My studio does artist vs artist Tuesday’s and the instructor picks two names out of a jar that we all put our recommendations in and that’s the theme for the week!

This - it’s also instructor preference. One of the instructors at our studio does heavy dubstep and experimental music. If that’s not your cup of tea, check out other classes!

Yes but I’ve been to maybe 2 classes where the instructor HAS NOT played some wack remix that no one knows 💀
