She is a field control character. if she doesn’t have time to set up a point or her tools get destroyed then she’s easy to kill, the stun is just an issue of timing, bait the ability then ult.

The issue is that she only works on point maps, and if you look down she’s useless. Especially is you destroy her spider nests

I don’t think Peni needs a nerf, and I can prove my point by addressing yours. Your first point is that Peni’s mines do too much damage and can kill you easily, however this just shows a lack of awareness. It takes 3 mines to kill a 250-300 hp character and takes 4+ for any character 350 hp or above, and while this may sound like a lot of damage, you have to remember that Peni only gets four mines at a time and has to recharge them. As well as the fact that you can easily destroy the mines or if you play a character like BP, you can out speed the mines. Your second point was that she can stun you out of ults, as well as the fact that she can stun you in general. But that raises the question, do all characters with a stun need to be nerfed, because Luna, Mantis, Phoenix, and even Scarlet Witch, can stun you out of your ults, and this is just a few of the many that can stun you. Your final point was that her web with the robot spiders can instantly kill you, which is true, if you decide to ignore it. You see Peni’s nest spawns little spider bots over time, and these bots harm you when you enter the webs, however they do negligible damage unless you allow the nest to build up its strength. If you do this then yes, the spider bots will kill you, but there is a very simple way to stop this, destroy the nest, all you need to do is to use a long range character or have a teammate use a long range character, and then just destroy the nest removing the entire threat.
