I have tried to lose weight most of my life. Good eating choices, walking & knowing what is good. No loss. Being on an injection medication I have lost weight, not huge, but it’s giving me hope. F the haters & just focus on you😍

Hey girl, I just started last Saturday, day 1 was fine, 2,3 was a bit nauseous, last couple of days a bit better, drinking a lot of water as I feel dehydrated and lots of small snacks of meals. Sugar cravings for sure gone. I’m the same age as you an so happy I’ve found you, excited to see the progress ahead! Much aroha!

Week 3 for me, 7.5kg down and I had nausea within the first half an hour of the first injection 😅 make sure to try different injection sites, try between tummy, thigh and arm! Weirdly different sites have different suppression levels and side effects!

I'm about to change over from Saxenda to Wegovy, have picked up my Wegovy from Chemist Warehouse ($460), and have been prescribed the 0.5 to start off on. I'm a bit nervous but am looking forward to more great results 😊 Really like your video, I totally agree, we don't know long we're going to live! Sorry to hear about the loss of your siblings 🫶

Definitely bargain chemist is the cheapest. I did a lot of watching vids and the common recommendations are fibre, B12, lots of protein and vitamins if you’re not eating your greens enough. 3 weeks down, pcos and insulin resistance. All other drugs I’ve taken made me so sick. This one doesn’t and I’m losing because I have no food noise and am very rarely hungry. Also feel more energy because my insulin resistance is starting to right itself.

I'm on week 3 of my Wegovy journey. I have Hashimoto’s, so progress is a bit slower for me, but I’ve lost 2kg so far. I’ve found evening injections work better for me, but everyone’s different. I’m starting to notice small shifts in cravings and I don’t think about food as much. I’ve had a bit of trouble with belching and constipation, but honestly, those were issues I already struggled with before. Wishing you all the best - will be following your journey! 💪💚

Whoop whoop, also just started wegovy yesterday, and was $490 from Life Pharm. and Dr also wanted a consult before he prescribed it, just to explain cons and risks, and was sent for blood tests just to check vitals and sugars etc. But could collect yesterday and started it. No significant feelings or changes yet, but do feel less hungry, less of a food noise… good luck with your journey @rosannahwicks

good luck on your journey. I've just changed over from saxenda to wegovy. my saxenda journey is lost 15kg but I stalled. this Friday I'm starting on 1mg because the food noise has got crazy on the lower dose.
