Put a mechanic lien on it for any work you did on it and like $75/day storage for everyday it’s been there. 730 days multiplied by $75 is $54,750 and nobody is paying that for it so it’d become yours.

It’s not that hard we do it all the time we list it in the local news paper and no body reads them but you have to put a mechanics lean on it as well

thats exactly how it works in OK, but you list the car in a county far away from yours and in a newspaper which nobody reads. I pay the 250-300 to a lady that handles everything and in 6-8wks I have a title in my name

I have a guy in tifton you can contact. He will do the paperwork for you and do the “auction” and get it done for you. We’ve done it multiple times with us running a tow service.

That’s just the process they make you do no one ever goes to the auction and then you do a mechanics lien and you’re all set every state the same
