I definitely don’t agree that “fat acceptance” is an appropriate way our society should live. Yes, everyone has different genetics, lifestyles, jobs, socioeconomic statuses, etc., that allow them to eat, diet, and exercise differently. However, I believe having somewhat of a conscious decision over what you do day to day can make you not only physically healthy, but also mentally and emotionally. This also go into saying that chronic obesity and excessive weight gain characteristics can lead to increased risk of type two diabetes, cardiovascular disease, early onset arthritis, obstruction sleep apnea, and an overall shorter lifespan
