When ours went out it was the whole neighborhood. I didn’t refund because any house in the area they would have been out it would be the same. Our router went out another time for 3 hrs. I sent $50 back.

Shouldn’t be a refund if it’s something out of your control.. Airbnb host here and we have had people want a refund because it rained !
