This hurts my heart. Like you said, they're already scared. My dogs have been going to the same groomer since they were puppies. They RUN TO HER when they see her. Whether in the salon or on the street. I couldn't ask for a better groomer for my babies.

I feel awful for the owners of the pets im these videos and they have surely seen the footage by now. 🥺 Every client needs to be notified of this abuse as their pets were potentially mistreated too.
