i'm planning to start a crystal shop maybe next year, have come across your page and love it! was wondering if you have any thoughts on why crystal shops choose to do live sales? i just can't really see the point in them, and it seems not many other industries do them. i would feel bad hosting a weekly live sale and getting people to "claim" things rather than buying from a website when they're ready. thoughts?
