I think its best if the driver can just politely say, “im sorry but im unable to leave my car with a stranger inside for safety purposes, if u dont mind, i can wait for u here while waiting for u to find a small change” , but also in my opinion, its also best that you have small change too before start doing grab.

Hahaha come on lah. Just use QR. if you dont have enough change. please dont aspect driver will carry change everytime. Even on app it self, garb ask customer to prepare enough change not driver (read the message by grab after you book the ride). driver not running kedai runcit or bank. so paham2 lah. Dont make big issue.

Some customers are too much... For a grab charge of rm5,, you give the drive rm50.. Do you think the driver is a banker?? Be considerate a bit la.. Some even give 100... If we change the 50 or 100, how are we going to roll the money???
