Bad led quality for old electric wiring on the building, happens all the time on old houses. Induction and noise on old wires, and old transformers from 220 to 12v that need to be replaced.

if it's an LED bulb, it's flaking out and needs to be changed. One of the internal LED's is going bad.

One of you is a ‘Slider’ look it up. I have been a slider my whole life. I scramble not only lights but all electronics when I’m upset or scared. I know I sound crazy but this has been happening to me my whole life & my close friends think it’s amazing/hilarious
