@alivia.korsun: People ask me all the time how to create more “community” and brand loyalty for their business. The truth is that “loyalty” is the result of intentional community building around your business. These are basically just buzzwords if you don’t have a strong sense of purpose, ideally that you share with you audience. Could be anything from ESG values, to a slack channel, to a fundraising collaboration. Consumers today are riddled with choices.
