What I don’t understand is why you think it’s a red flag for him to have a knife. Also, he asked for a supervisor, which is within his constitutional right. Moreover, without probable cause, there’s no reason for him to exit the vehicle for not having his headlights on. They should have just wrote him a ticket if it was that serious. That’s not an arrestable offense.

There might have been a 🔪 but he was NOT threatening them with it so no it’s not a red flag. Secondly all them cops are bigs and trash. That man should have never been punched. And if you ask for a supervisor the cops are to call a supervisor and wait for the supervisor to ask questions from there on out
