@pharr_away: *dysmorphia 😖 Building and maintaining healthy habits for life isn’t easy. It takes time, intention, and sacrifice to establish routines and actually stick to them. Navigating all of it can be hard and overwhelming at times, both mentally and physically. But, I’ve learned to accept that it’s what comes with the territory and it’s worth it. I’m already feeling the benefits of the work I’m putting in now, and I know I’ll be even more grateful for this discipline well into my 50s, 60s and 70s.
