Your hard days help me to realize we all have our bad days. I’m 4 years clean and sober and still have hard days. I had a friend call them bad moments. Even in those bad moments I try refocus my attention onto something as simple as a tree like what’s on the tree ect. Then I pray It’s not my will it’s yours what are you trying to teach me. Help guide me to do your will. I’ve had some interesting experiences where he’s shown me what I should be focusing on or finds a way to redirect my focus.
