@wildwestpowerlifting: 7/21/25 - After my main squats, I wanted to throw in the towel and be done with training. I was hot, nauseous and my legs were very shaky. I took a nice rest and got back to work to get these pause squats in! I did 3 sets of 5 reps. Leg day is one of the most draining training days, but my goal was to get my main lift, variation lift and planks done today. I am planning on doing my squat accessory work on Thursday. Trying something new with training since I'm not really planning for a meet anytime soon. Just wanting to fall in love with lifting and getting comfortable under the bar again. I still get in my head with squats, so slow and steady is my plan to get me back into the right head space.
