During setup, select pro and “I don’t have a key”. Then when it asks for an account, select “join school or org” select “add to domain” create your local acct. no problem. You’re welcome!

btw you can easily bypass all of this by using rufus to make the iso. It denies all the privacy-intruding & remove all the bloatware stuff for you.
