Try peppermint oil capsules they are on Amazon they is one called IB guard and there is one also called heathers tummy tamers but that one isn’t on Amazon anymore

acid reflux is awful 😭😭 I either eat a tums or a pepcid complete and if that doesn’t work I just burp up the acid and spit it in the toilet or throw up😍😍😍😍 #ineedadvicetoo

Tums and low acidic diet for a few days, no coffee/greasy foods/citrus/soda!! Try toast, bananas, yogurt, ginger!!
