I wish I knew this a couple weeks ago. I started HRT and my doctor prescribed the cream also but told me to wait and see if I needed it on top of the estradiol patch and progesterone pill. Shards of glass is how I just described it to my husband. He was horrified. I could have been getting relief by now if I would have started it right away. I'm starting it tonight.
