Good call incorporating strength training early on in your journey! I went heavy on cardio early on without properly conditioning my muscles and paid for it with lots of overuse injuries that ended up slowing me down. Keep it up! ♥️

Something that’s been helpful for me: weigh in every day so you can see your daily fluctuations. Once per week is a little misleading if, for example, you had a lot of extra water the day before (from a hard workout or something). Keep up the great work!

You’re killing it! Remember you said the other day - you went down in shirt sizes - so take the big wins and don’t sweat the small ones (scales) - the scale is my arch nemesis, so I understand. But you got this - clothes fitting better, you feeling better, and take photos and compare once a week - maybe that will help. Keep it up - you are inspiring!
