I had a man work a whole week of 12+ hour shifts and a half shift. He got off work packed his stuff and loaded up after work to drive 5 hours to come and stay the night with me. He drove back the next day. To then come and stay 3 nights in a row with me again a week later. He’s forever put that bar high for me. Even came and saw me at work 2 times and at home 3 other days just while he was out passing by. He was the definition of if he wanted to he would. We didn’t work out romantically but we are still friends and he is by far one of the best people I have met.
