@elevateyourselfofficial: We just finished 9 DAYS STRAIGHT of Elevate Volleyball Camps for Summer 2025! 🏐 Girls & Boys High School Volleyball Camp 🏐 Jump & Spiking Power Camp 🏐 Upper Intermediate Adult Volleyball Camp We had volleyball athletes from all over the Bay Area and far away (furthest was Chile!). I know I might only see some of you once a year, so I try to empower you with as much technical knowledge and high quality training as I can, while communicating the information as simply as I can. Our primary goal is to optimize our TECHNIQUE, which means to improve performance with less effort, and less energy, and it was awesome to see many of you achieve that goal and feel the difference in your body. 🙏 Special thanks to @Zamst US for sponsoring our volleyball camps by providing free elbow sleeves and bags to all our campers!
