All these head movements are involuntary and it can feel really scary when I can’t control my body. But learning to listen to my body and move the emotions through my nervous system in a healthy way is worth all the weirdness. It’s only temporary. What a wonderful marvel to FEEL!

I appreciate you sharing this! As I've been healing my trauma/mental illness over the past few years, I've been getting abnormal muscle spasms. Recently I realized, it's truama releasing. my body will yell me how it best needs to release it, I just have to listen.
