me being a good worker and quite literally never on my phone unless I'm checking a text in the bathroom always being told to put my phone in my locker however my coworkers can walk to the bathroom on a phone call or can stand in the detour hallway or in the back next to the lockers on their phone all day and none of them ever get told to put their phones away. like I cannot stress you how much I am literally never on my phone when I am working
