They criticize the clip out there for telling "half the story" but theirs tells less! The one I saw showed where he had a conversation with several officers FIRST and then asked for a supervisor. He also explained that his window wasn't working which is why he couldn't put it down and you don't hear the police saying ANYTHING about that.

It doesn’t even matter if it tells half the story, he wasn’t a threat in that instant at all his hands were up, he did not move, he does not react. So it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t tell the whole story that shouldn’t have happned refsrdless.

this was about not having headlights on in the rain. then breaking the man's window. once you break the window you punch him in the face all for some headlights not being on in the rain. then Uncle ruckus get on camera and say yeah it's rough Force but rough force is not illegal for not having headlights on in the rain. yep, i was today slow when I found this out.
