My fat looks like that, I don’t experience pain unless I very lightly pinch or press is. Like it feels hard? Not muscles btw.

When I squish my thigh it looks exactly like the first one that you shown, I don't have any other symptom and I'm sure I only have cellulite, however why does mine look likes it has lipodema? Should I worry?

I’m normal weight, but have a lot of cellulite, which I’m very self conscious about. When a press my skin it looks like that. And especially in my arms all of it feels like there is rice under the skin. Now I’m really scared that I have this
