I do this to. I do a lot more breathing. I think it’s a symptom of adhd or some form of that. I ruminate about things for years. It sucks. I process a lot through cardio. Also quit drinking. I over share. That’s definitely a trauma response 🥺❤️❤️

Trauma response for me is what my counselor explained . Also over explaining and thinking about what you will say before you say it. Get a therapist a good one it calmed me down.
