The police never validated their stop bro. with your headlights off on a cloudy day in daylight does not grand grant police legal authority to stop you. The stop was invalidated from the start. And you are allowed to request a supervisor bylaw in the circumstances. In the beginning of the video, the man tells the officer that his driver window does not work. He let down his passenger window. It was communicating with the officers. You cannot resist arrest when there is no reason to arrest. There is a thing in law that says if you yield then you gave consent.
