my therapist of 9 years abruptly terminated me. She knew that she was my "rock" my lifeline. Said I needed different therapy for my si and BPD. In our last meeting she wanted to do a safety plan. I was like hell no. I felt like I'd been stabbed in the heart. I cannot continue. I don't have the strength or desire to continue. I would truly do anything for anyone. Even die. 😌
