Dalmatians were bred to bark at the horses that pulles the fire brigade carriages, and to keep the street clear for them to get to the emergency. So they're unfortunately not the friendliest as they're bred to keep things away from the important people- their firefighters 🥰

I love dalmatians. but every dalmatian I've ever met is either sweet, or wants bite a whole in another dog. I'm happy the breed is more recognized and not just seen as the Disney character anymore. great working dog when trained right

Having 4 Dalmatians myself, give me a bad rep in my town. 2 don’t like other dogs and will attack if dogs approach. Their brain kicks in defense mode After being attacked multiple times when younger. Momma is friendly all around but the father is not ppl friendly. A weird bunch but I still warn ppl that they are reactive and will defend their family. Ppl dont understand how Dalmatians truly are
