Trying to enforce fare payments for a service that only works half the time and is extremely unreliable is crazy 😭 people shouldn’t have to plan an extra 30mins - 1hr into their commute just because they know TTC will probably have some issue that will make them late if they don’t account for it BEFORE even knowing about it😭….. like TTC bsffr people would be more likely pay their fares if they could see that the TTC is ACTUALLY trying to/ actually improving their services instead they do everything that somehow ends being more inconvenient for everyone that isn’t them pedestrians and somehow even drivers including if the TTC functioned as it should it would be the best way to get around the city but instead it’s constantly holding its “customers” hostage through its bad services for its bad service 😭 TTC is literally a joke

The TTC needs to improve service reliability, cleanliness, and station hygiene. Frequent shutdowns and out-of-service streetcars make public transit in Toronto unreliable, and the administration should address these issues to ensure people can depend on it to reach their destinations on time too.
