@mayayvonnee: Gut-healing ice cream? YES. 🙌🏼 This is my go-to high-protein, gut-friendly Ninja Creami recipe that actually supports healing. No fillers, refined sugar or additives, just real food! RECIPE: - 8oz coconut milk (favorite milks are coconut malk or Califia farms) - one scoop of chocolate @Equip Foods prime protein (MAYA for discount or use the link in my bio) - half of a frozen banana - dash of cinnamon - dash of vanilla - 1 tbsp of grass fed gelatin - 1 tbsp (12 grams) of @Belly Brand Foods brownie mix NEXT - blend ingredients - pour into creami container - freeze overnight - let ice cream sit on the counter for 10 minutes before you make your creami - blend on lite ice cream setting - take out and add milk - then re spin - if ice cream is not creami, add a little more milk and re spin one more time! - add any healthy toppings ( I used @Made In Nature brownie bites!) - ENJOY! & tag me if you create this ninja creami!
