Teaching is ROUGH!!! No bathroom breaks, hard to eat, not enough movement, no energy after work. I love the kids but they don't back the teachers and the schedules are insane.

my wife stoped teaching in 2022 after 10 years of teaching special education, 3 years later she is just now starting have energy and want to do things other then sleep

I'm legit glad for you. I aged hard when I had to quit working, it is 3ish years later and I'm finally looking and feeling more myself now I'm finding my feet. Lack of stress & finding fulfilment in your soul, I think that helps a lot

Ya going virtual was the best option for me. I enjoy life outside of work so much more and my kids regularly guess me at 8 years younger than I am 🤣

people really don't understand how fast stress can kill you. I do everything in my power to live a stress-free life and despite the ridiculous adversity I have, people still think I'm in my twenties when I'm actually turning 38 today.
