Pretty sure somewhere it says hyper shocks power causes him pain in the long run which makes me think the reason he drinks is to dull the pain, the pain is also maybe what is causing his anger issues

Gamma jack is not the villain and I will write this on every post. Yes he did the 1940s Norm of ladies first but saved everyone and yes he had an opinion that supers were Superior to humans because they are. CAN you shoot gamma radiation I think not he had an impulses but was aware of them and had incredible restraint and knew how to control himself showing how intelligent he was it's really admirable.
