this does happened. happened with us. I told the lady sorry you will not receive another quote from us. she had the audacity to say why no one feels like working today 😂 no bitch I don't need you waisting my time. another occasion same thing since 2020 quoting quoting and my husband hadn't noticed. I said I'm tired of this woman quoting and never doing do not answer her. he still answered and she indeed placed an order lmaoooo oops
