@marcusmontejano: ❌Don’t leave doors open to overeating. ✅Be proactive and plan ahead Stop buying food you have no self control with that you know you’ll binge on Drink more water and eat more protein so you feel more full. 80-100oz of water is a great place to start. Protein should be roughly a gram per pound of your goal bodyweight. But if you’re only eating 80 grams of protein per day then start with 110 grams, then 120, and beyond, baby steps. You have one body so treat it will and honor God with it 🙏🏼.
