💥Tips for making a perfect cake in air fryer are below 👇 💥My aor fryer E-books have 130 air fryer recipes that are linked in my linktree. It's been 4 years since I started making cakes in my air fryer and I have made cakes in basket air fryers as well as these big air fryers and they alwaye turn out great. Few tips to make sure that your cake comes out perfect are below. * Air fry or bake the cake at 150ºC (Celsius). Low temperature makes sure that the cake doesn't burn from top and cooks from inside. *Keep an eye on the cake. I always say thay even if you are following a recipe, be it anyone's recipe, you are the one cooking so you have to keep an eye on your food. Don't just leave the food and not check it for 35-40 minutes just because the recipe mentioned this time. Keep checking on your food. *Air fryers of different companies vary in sizes, fan speeds, depth of baskets, temperature and sizes of the baskets so not necessarily your air fryer will cook the same way as mine does. All air fryers come with manuals and if they don't then try to learn how your air fryer works. Follow the recipe but keeping an eye on your food will teach you how early or how late your air fryer is cooking and you will start understanding how your air fryer works. * If you see that your cake is getting brown from top but uncooked from inside, do not just sit and watch it burn and then blame the recipe. Lower the temperature to make sure it stops getting overcooked from top and cooks from inside. If this doesn't work, wrap the cake tin with a foil and continue cooking(wrap it properly as flying foil can be a fire hazard). *If you made a cake the first time and it didn't come out perfect, note everything that you did and make changes for the next time. If it was burnt, lower the temperature even further because there will be a difference in a 7 litre air fryer, a 25 litre air fryer and a 5 litre air fryer. Bigger air fryers won't burn food easily while small ones will do so common sense applies here that adjust the temperature. Anymore questions, please leave a comment and I'll reply and try to help as much as I can. @chefwithpalette #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #fyp #cake #airfryermaster
