Using one single organic pineapple, you can get 2 recipes and a lovely houseplant without wasting any single part of it. TEPACHE 1 x jar 1 x organic pineapple (Peels and core) 1 x cup unrefined brown sugar 1 x stick of cinnamon 6 x cups of filtered water STEP BY STEP: - Cut the peel and extract the core of your pineapple - In a jar add the pineapple peels, core, sugar, cinnamon and water - Cover it with lid or cheesecloth for about 3 days - Scoop out every day the white foam which will form on top. - Strain and bottle it up.
