As someone who started at 319 lbs I learned to stop listening to people who never had real weight to lose. If you haven’t had to lose triple digits and struggled for years trying to get just a mild bit of success I don’t need to hear from you. People are always going to find something negative to say. Just keep posting because even if it resonates with one person it’s worth it!
