Do not ask how she became a higher ranked nurse. #PavlovaCookie is working in the retirement home for a few reasons, one of them being that he was given the chance of have the limitless choice of either watching over Eternal Sugar in a way that means “Now you know how it feels to be weak in jail” and/or also have more time to be by himself and just have actual breaks. But the main reason that Pavlova ended up working there to begin with is because #BlackSapphireCookie and #NutmegTigerCookie (along with the other beast minions, excluding peach blossom as he retired) had dragged Pavlova along to break into the retirement home to go and free the beasts, unaware that Pavlova in particular had ended up getting Eternal Sugar into the senior home.
