Ppl need to understand what seonga is going thru as well, it’s not just bongsu who had hard time, seonga & gyeonu had too and they are still suffering. Seonga has loved gyeonu ever since she first saw him, did everything to protect him for 21 days but now his body has been taken over by a spirit and she doesn’t even know when and how long it will take for gyeonu to be back with the possibility of gyeonu dissapering completely if they can’t find a solution. She cannot be just waiting for gyeonu to comeback himself or bongsu who was saying he wants to live as human forever to just give in. Obviously her first thought process would be to find a way to get gyeonu back, cut her some slack. Also she was kind enough with bonsgu, all she said was she wanted to help him to cross over peacefully not get rid of him. He is a spirit after all, and he will have to cross over, he can’t live in the human world forever. I don’t know how did that equate to her treating bongsu badly.

the way most of this fandom also blaming bongsu clearly didn't understand the plot and didn't get that what happened to gyeonu is a natural occurrence and mostly caused by yeomhwa, bongsu even said that he like all of them (seongah, jiho, and even gyeonu) that's why he trained archery for gyeonu at first, bongsu even confessed that he DIDN'T want to be an evil spirit to seongah's mom, remember that both him and yeomhwa is tied with the curse made by YEOMHWA. see? yeomhwa is the main villain here while both bongsu and gyeonu is the victim of yeomhwa's evil deed.

Yes, but we also have to understand his love is obsessive because he is a young child still who has spent years having to do horrible things when he was alive and after his death. And even though teenager, love is not the same as adult love it is vastly different from that of a child.
