IMO there are just some degrees that should be fully subsidized by the government. Little wonder we have Vet, MD, DO, RN shortages. Alot of qualified folks that cannot afford it.

I was going to go back to school in the fall to become a psychologist and so now I don’t want to get started again and not be able to finish. I took 10 years to go back and I was so excited.

Do as much college at community college programs as you can. Some schools like byui and byu are more affordable, but religious. Not sure if they offer any education for Vetrinary students.

From what I’ve read they want students to rely more on private loans. I don’t know how feasible this is though. Some think schools will be forced to lower tuition but I don’t think that will happen either.
