they're not investigating! they're looking for loopholes to justify their act! the chief said bc he put his hand down for a minute, there can be something he was doing! all those cops that were at the scene are accountable & need to be fired.

The only thing he did wrong was not complying!! He wasn’t resisting..all they got to do is drag him out the vehicle and cuff him. I just can only imagine if theses officers didn’t have body cameras 🤔🤔
