Tylenol is all over the news right now and as a mom, I know mom guilt can hit really hard. I want to remind you not to lean into what you didn’t know, but instead focus on moving forward. We are all doing our best and I sense the tide turning as mommas reclaim their sovereignty over their family’s health🪻 If we want what’s best for our children, we have to be willing to have uncomfortable conversations. I know I’m thankful for those who were brave enough to challenge the narrative 5 years ago, because it planted a seed I never considered. It prompted me to research natural ways to support my body. It allowed me to break chains and completely change the way I live. Now, I passionately share as many natural approaches as possible.  If it wasn’t for those who were courageous, I probably would’ve made a lot of decisions in my pregnancy and postpartum I would’ve regretted. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and speak up. Many don’t realize western medicine isn’t the only option—it’s just the most readily available and prescribed.  In my pregnancy, I did things very counter culture. One thing I was adamant about was no drugs or pain relievers, as I didn’t feel comfortable with the potential risks. Pregnancy is hard, but I not only learned my resilience, I found natural remedies that worked.  I compiled this list of things I did during pregnancy that helped me be as comfortable as possible. Sometimes I would do a combo of them, others I would do as needed. I wanted to make the list as detailed as I could, for those looking for a more holistic approach.  I know not every pregnant mom can rest when she’s got a headache—whether it’s other littles to take care of or work, but your best is enough.
