I used to think moving on meant forgetting But the book Tracing Back to Myself by Nina Cole helped me to see that moving on is remembering differently—and reclaiming my worth.

intuition whispers, anxiety screams. just ended my 4.5 year relationship and could relate to so many of these feelings. allowing myself to talk through it with friends and family, journaling encouragement to myself, and establishing routines and taking control over small parts of my day like a walk have all been huge for me 💖 sending love and strength!! the next chapter is glowing and so ready for us✨

Not that you have any obligation to be super personal with us, but I’m kinda confused! I thought it was an amicable thing and you were both allowing each other freedom to be your own people separately and come back together when it’s right, at least that’s what the earlier videos seemed like. With an optimistic vibe as well. And like still calling each other partners even 😭 As someone who’s followed for a long time and is a huge fan of the podcast I am so proud of you and love watching your growth, and I’m curious if you’re willing to share what in these two months has made it click for you that this relationship was THIS relationship, and not the one you wanted to believe it was. If the turning point was a big fight or something I am of course not asking for personal details like that and I’m sorry if this is asking for too much information, it’s just a 180 and I’m surprised 😭 had no idea you were going through toxicity! And proud of you for making it out ♡

I relate to this so much. went through my first breakup almost a year ago and feel lighter even though I'm still healing. what has helped SO much is reading through old journal entries throughout the relationship. just because something (especially a breakup) is hard or sad doesn't mean it is the wrong decision 💗

I needed this message like a year ago but I’m glad it’s being shared now. Being on the other side of it, I can confirm that a break up is the best thing that can happen to us 🫶🏻 I can’t imagine if I had put anymore time or effort into something so unaligned

I coach a lot of women who are 6-multi 7 fig ceos around love and it’s a common fear that if you take the time to heal and break up that your income and or company goes down the drain, but it’s usually the opposite. Such a power decision to choose yourself gives you a fire like you’ve never had. A self worth that not only causes you to heal but succeed in a new way like never before. Seeing this for you!💖✨

The book Tracing Back to Myself by Nina Cole helped me stop asking why he left and start asking how I can return to me.
