I’m transmasc and just had top surgery (double mastectomy) for gender affirmation. I still want to have biological kids and the one thing that I struggled with was coming to terms with not being able to breastfeed. You and these comments have just made me feel 1000000x better and also thoroughly entertained. THANK YOU ♥️

I lasted 10 weeks of pumping. I think I only breastfed my son maybe 10 times max. I knew going in that it wasn’t for me but I tried for him. It just never worked out right.

Thank you for saying this because my guilt over stopping bf and pumping when my son was 3 months old almost killed me. All I would ever see was women bragging and judging moms that use formula and my body just wasn’t producing. We love an honest queen 😭❤️

My kid weaned himself at 6 months when he got his first taste of solids and it was the best day of my life when I realized I was DONE 😭

I have horrible DMER I get into a full depressive state. With my 4th I tried and I’m having the same experience. The guilt is hard but choosing to switch to formula early has saved me and I feel like I can actually enjoy my newborn!

Lasted 17 months ebf with my first. I’m talking he wouldn’t even take my milk out of a bottle it was just straight from tap every time…. 6 months pregnant with my second baby and I’m not sure I can do that again 😅
